Membership Agreement

Overview

DrillLoop Pro is an optional paid membership that unlocks additional features in the App. By purchasing any Pro plan, you agree to this Membership Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service.

Pro Plans

Monthly Subscription

Billed monthly. Auto-renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Yearly Subscription

Billed annually. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Auto-renews each year until cancelled.

Lifetime Purchase

A one-time payment that provides permanent Pro access. Not a subscription — no recurring charges.

Pro Features

Pro membership unlocks enhanced features within the App. Specific features may vary over time as the App is updated. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely, though we aim to maintain core functionality.

Free Trial

The yearly subscription includes a free trial for eligible new subscribers. The trial period and eligibility are determined by Apple. You will not be charged during the trial period. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan automatically.

Billing and Renewal

  • All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store
  • Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. Cancelling does not delete your data.

Refunds

We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple through the App Store. Apple's standard refund policy applies.

Lifetime Purchase

The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID. It provides Pro access for as long as DrillLoop is available on the App Store. In the unlikely event the App is discontinued, no refund obligation arises beyond Apple's standard policies.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use a new device, you can restore your purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's settings. Restoration requires the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Changes to Plans or Features

We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, or included features with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will not be charged more than their current rate until their subscription is renewed.
