Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using DrillLoop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the App is distributed.
Description of Service
DrillLoop is a music practice application that allows users to import media files, create loop segments, track practice sessions, and (with a Pro subscription) sync data across devices via iCloud. The App is available on iOS devices through the Apple App Store.
User Responsibilities
Your Content
- You are solely responsible for the media files you import into the App
- You must have the necessary rights or licenses to use any copyrighted content you import
- You must not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Acceptable Use
- Use the App only for lawful personal practice purposes
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Do not use automated tools to access or interact with the App
Intellectual Property
DrillLoop, its design, code, and all associated assets are owned by FuyuanLab. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand.
Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers optional paid subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase. All transactions are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms and your App Store account settings. We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the App will meet every user's expectations. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuyuanLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or practice records.
Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of features.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will revise the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
